SURPRISE!

I just want to make it clear that I am the BEST blogger ever! Or so I have been told numerous times....especially from Chuns and my sister.

Yeah..so not much going on! Just finished Lindbjerg Academy's Simply Christmas, which went really well and I am so proud to have been a part of. Everyone worked really hard and it is so inspiring watching children and young teenagers perform. I am now just about finished school...only one exam on Tuesday and that's it! Then Christmas!!!! YAY!

I am going to be doing absolutely nothing for a couple weeks so I am excited to catch up with friends and family! I am also excited to go Christmas shopping (which I have not started yet!) I love buying gifts for people I just think it is so much fun! Anyways hope everyone is doing well and has a super holiday season! And I hope I get to spend time with people...so feel free to call!!!

Ode to the Original CHUNION!

So I got a really intense message from my sister today from the original chunion (AKA JENN!) to update my blog. So here it goes...

Well first of all I never raved about my friend Timmy J's fabulous performance in his play "This is Our Youth" from a couple of weeks ago. So great job TJ and now that you have left I can say I miss my friend Timmy!! which I got in trouble for not adding before...haha Actually it is really weird for me right now because people that I am used to seeing all the time are all gone, so I keep thinking Oh i should call this person and then remembering that they are far ..but I am looking forward to reuniting with everyone in the near future!:) I am also looking forward to reuniting with people that are still in driving distance whos schedules never match mine...aka Kaylee! haha and of course all the rest of you!

Anyways Hope everyone is doing awesome and I love reading your blogs so keep it up and I will try to too... just for you Chuns!:) (some ode huh...I will come up with a better one soon!)

Talented People Day!

So I went to see this show the other night, Waking up a Generation, with my sis and Kaylee and it was just grand! Such beautiful singing and there was this chick in it named Jen who was not bad you know.. she could belt like soo high and sing like an angel..but you know she was ok. PFhHHH Biggest understatment EVER! Chuns you did such an amazing job and it was great hearing you sing (as usual!). You had such an amazing amount of passion and strength! WOW!

I also went to see the intensive review earlier that day and it was fabulous! Amanda you totally can sing soprano and Kaylee your pieces were so perfect for you! Awesome work you guys I really enjoyed watching your enthusiasm, passion and growth! You should be proud!:) You guys are sooooo talented!

Also, off topic, I miss Kimmy and Lauren! and shortly Abby! I hope you guys are having the time of you lives and everything is going well. Miss you and I will put pictures of Disneyland up soon Kim!:)

A "warm" welcome back to reality

Inspired by a long ranting to my dear friend Lauren I am now a blogger! Yay! haha I figured I always read everyone elses so I should join the craze because I am "mel in the middle" - thanks Lauren! haha So since this blog was inspired by my rant to Lauren I guess I should post the inspiration behind it.

Here is my welcome home thus far:

So I got back from Disneyland on Monday (which was awesome) and I lost my passport at the airport. Of course I was freaking out because that is like the last thing I want to lose.....but then I found it so everything was fine.

Tuesday I wake up to discover that someone has used my Visa so then I sat there on the phone for like an hour cancelling it....filing a report etc.

Wednesday I get a phone call at 9am from Brad telling me that he just heard that there had been a fire at the Keg I work at with 500,000 dollars worth of damage! So now I have no job there for 3 months and no Visa to rack up in the meantime.....they are trying to relocate us to other Kegs though so hopefully I will have something for while during school!

Wednesday night I went for my final dress fitting for my cousin's wedding and the seamstress totally screwed up my dress and had to remake a chunck of it. With the wedding 2 weeks away I went this morning to try dress attempt number two!

Hahahaha! Man what a week! I am fine though and I don't mean to sound like "poor me" or anything I just thought I'd you know let you into and update of me! Hahaha oh man!~
